TasteWise Kids - is a non-profit 5013c3 organization that inspires kids to explore and experience the world of food and its sources. Serving over 3,000 kids in a year in the Baltimore region, TasteWise Kids provides discovery-based programming that teaches kids about where their food comes from and the value of fresh food from multiple perspectives, e.g. nutrition and health, preparing food to individual taste preference, farming and the environment, career opportunities, social aspects of eating with friends and family, etc. Through our signature program, Days of Taste, kids work directly with area chefs, farmers, and community volunteers.
